- You need 1 cup of brown sugar.
- You need 1 cup of unsalted butter.
- You need 2 cups of milk chocolate chips.
- Prepare of Saltine crackers enough to line the baking tray.

- Preheat the oven to 250C..
- Layer the crackers on the baking tray..
- In a small pot, add the sugar and butter and bring it to a boil. Once the mixture comes to a boil, continue boiling for another 2-3mins. The outcome should be a deep caramel color..
- Carefully pour this over the crackers making sure the crackers are well covered completely..
- Place this in the oven and bake for a max of 6mins. You will see it get all bubbly..
- During the 6 minutes, I quickly melted the chocolate chips in the microwave. You can skip this step, and just put chocolate chips directly on the crackers once they are out of the oven..
- Once you pull the tray out the oven, sprinkle the chocolate chips OR pour the melted chocolate chips on the crackers..
- Spread it well and you can top it off with some chopped nuts or red n green m&ms but I kept it basic..
- I let this cool completely and then broke it into pieces..
