Family favourite Christmas EggNog step by step
- Combine milk, cream, nutmeg, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla seeds and the pods into a large saucepan. Bring to the boil slowly then remove from the heat.
- Whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until thick ribons form, then slowly add and whish into the milk mixture.

- Allow to steep over night in the fridge.
- Sieve out the mixture removing the cinnamon and vanilla pods.
