  3. Take 1&1/2- 1&1/2 tablespoons sugar in separate bowl, add green colour  in 1 and red colour in 1 with 2 drops of water, coat colored sugar  on one side of each cookies..

I cut them into round cookies so I could make them into mini Death Star cookies. When they had cooled down I decorated them with black icing to look like mini Death Stars. I was originally going to cover them with grey icing and ice them but there just don't seem to be. Next, add egg and molasses and mix well. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and ginger, stirring to combine.
