  1. You need Handful of shredded or sliced quick-melt cheddar cheese.
  2. You need 1 of egg or as needed.
  3. Prepare 1 Tbsp of all-purpose cream per 1 egg.
  4. Prepare 1/2 Tbsp of solid Butter or margarine to coat the container.
  5. It's 1/2 of round tikoy or rice cake, sliced.

  1. I used a Llanera, a tin leche flan mold (oblong), so it's just good for two servings. You can use bigger and just add more egg & ingredients..
  2. Rub the sides and bottom of the mold with butter or margarine so it won't stick too much..
  3. Add shredded or sliced cheese first on the bottom. (layering).
  4. Beat the egg and cream (or milk) together..
  5. Pour a bit of egg-cream mix on the cheese to cover it..
  6. Add the sliced tikoy/rice cakes..
  7. Pour and cover with egg-cream mix..
  8. Add more shredded cheese on top as desired..
  9. Bake in air fryer at 180C for 15-18 mins, at the lowest part of AF. When you see it expand/ballooning and edges are brown, it's done..
  10. Use a spatula to loosen stuck edges and tip over on a plate and serve. Enjoy!.
