  2. It's 4 cups of all-purpose flour.
  3. Prepare 1.5 tsp of salt.

  6. You need 300 ml of cold water.
  7. You need of Stuffing.
  8. You need 3 of large potato.
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
  10. You need 2 tbsp of garlic.
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of ginger.
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp of cumin.
  13. Prepare 3 of chopped green chilli.
  14. You need 1 of medium diced onion.
  15. Prepare 1 tsp of nigella seeds.
  16. You need of Salt to taste.
  17. It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  18. It's 1 tsp of red chilli flakes.
  19. You need 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
  20. Prepare 1 tsp of coriander power.

Punjabi Samosa step by step

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and leave aside for half an hour.
  2. Meanwhile add chopped garlic, ginger, cumin and green chilli to 2 tbsp oil. Then add chopped onions. Add in coriander and potato and mix. Then leave to cool down.
  3. Divide the dough into tennis ball sizes. Roll out into chapati thickness and cut into half.
  4. Stick together the 2 corners and the flat side of the dough forming a cone shape. Fill with the stuffing and close. Repeat with all.
  5. Heat the oil in the fry pan to med-high then add samosas. Then bring down to med-low and fry 5-6 mins. Then bring back to med-high and fry till golden brown for about 3-4mins.
