  5. It's 1 can of Mackerel, 15 Oz (Mine was in tomato sauce but whatever.).

  1. Put the miso, nori, and dashi in the pot and add the boiling water..
  2. Cover and let sit for 20 minutes..
  3. Stir it all around. The miso should thin out from the lumps, the dashi will be dissolved, and the nori will be hydrated..
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally and uncovered..
  5. Serve over rice or plain..
