- Prepare 5 g of minced shallot.

- Stir-fry carrots, garlic & shallot in pot. Oil the pan accordingly. Leave the carrots until it's softened..
- Add Water, Anchovy cubes, Ssamjang Sauce, Salt and Corn. Bring To boil, reduce heat and leave it to simmer around 15 minutes..
- Put in tofu & tofu puff. Simmer around 5 minutes and ready to serve..
