- You need 1 (14 oz.) of can sweetened condensed milk, such as Eagle or Carnation brand.
- Prepare 1 stick of sweet unsalted butter.
- It's 1 1/2 cups of milk powder, such as Carnation brand (about 1 1/2 pouches or 12 ounces).
- Prepare 1 of fat pinch of saffron threads, crushed.
- It's 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground green cardamom powder.
