- Crush the digestive biscuits into crumbs..
- Mix the biscuit crumbs, peanut butter, unsalted butter, salt, sugar, and vanilla if using. You get a buttery dough. Roll 1" balls from this dough and set in the refrigerator (not freezer) for 10 minutes. (This quantity makes about 10 balls).
- Meanwhile, place the chocolate in a bowl and microwave on high for about 30 seconds. Take off heat and stir. Repeat for another 30 seconds. If the mixture seems too thick, add very little milk, and stir again. Repeat till you get a very think sauce (takes maximum about 90 seconds).
- Dip the balls in the chocolate mixture (it's okay if slightly warm, but it shouldn't be hot) and refrigirate..
