  1. You need 400 g of dates (stoned).
  2. You need 200 g of any nuts (I used almonds and hazlenuts).
  3. It's 2 tbsp of coconut oil.
  4. You need 4 tbsp of raw cacao powder (can use normal cocoa powder too).
  5. Prepare 3 tbsp of nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew butter etc).
