  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of Dessicated coconut.

Peanut Butter Protein Balls instructions

  1. Mix together oats, honey, peanut butter and mixed nuts.
  2. Using hands, roll the mixture into balls (approximately 1 inch in diameter) and place on a baking tray.
  3. Roll the balls in the dessicated coconut and put back on the baking tray.
  4. Refrigerate and serve.
