  2. It's Punnet of raspberries.
  3. You need 2 of pots of lemon yoghurt.
  4. You need Squeeze of lemon.
  5. It's Teaspoon of sugar.
  6. It's Teaspoon of water.

Biscotti e yoghurt al lampone step by step

  1. Wash raspberries. Put in a pot. Add lemon, sugar and water. Bring to the boil and squish down with a fork.
  2. Using a sieve, drain juice into a bowl. Leave to cool.
  3. Put yoghurt in a bowl. Add raspberry juice. Whisk up until all mixed.
  4. Get 4 glasses ready. Put biscuits in a bowl. Crush up with a fork.
  5. Put a layer of biscuits in each glass. Add a spoonful of yoghurt. Another layer of biscuits and another layer of yoghurt.
  6. Top with a raspberry and set in fridge for 20 mins, no longer (or biscuits will go soft) enjoy :).
