- It's of Potatoes 4, Cheese(any) 1/2 cup, Green chillies 4, Salt to taste, Black pepper(crushed) 1/2 tsp, Egg 1, Cornflour 1.5 cup, Oil.

- Mix well potatoes(boiled and mashed),green chillies(chopped),cornflour 1/4 cup,salt and pepper..
- Put some oil on your palm..take small ball sized potato piece..keep on your palm and press to thin..
- Take one teaspoon cheese, keep it in the centre of pressed potato piece..
- Softly join all corners to create a small potato ball..
- Make all balls in the same way..Dip one ball in the cornflour then dip in beaten egg..
- Do the same with all balls before putting in oil..
- Heat oil(low heat) in a pan and place potato balls one by one..
- Fry on low heat,turn them when fried from one side..
- Serve with ketch up or sauce..
