Mix all the marinating ingredients in washed n dried chicken except egg.. cover n keep it aside for 1 hour..
After 1 hour add egg in it n mix..
Now in a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients of coating..
Now coat marinated chicken with dry coating n freeze it for 5 mins..
Now mix left over marination in chilled water..
