KFC style chicken tenders step by step
- Firstly wash and clean chicken breast pieces and cut it into thick strips, next In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients listed below marination and dip this chicken pieces into this..
- Marinate this chicken into refrigerator atleast for 4 hrs or overnight.
- Now in a bowl add all ingredients listed below flour mix,mix everything well.
- Nw remove chicken frm refrigerator and bring down to room temperature.
- Dredge the chicken in the flour coating well. Shake off excess flour & dip in the buttermilk & egg mixture,then back in the flour mix,set this aside 5 mins to rest(this helps coating stick better).
- Heat oil in a deep wok on medium high heat, check your oil temperature, drop in a little bit of flour, if it sizzles immediately u can add chicken tenders.
- Fry chicken in small batches for 5-7 mins or until golden brown and crisp.
- Once done remove on absorbent paper, kfc style chicken tenders are ready to serve. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or your favourite dip.
