  6. It's 2 of large can of tomatoe juice.
  7. Prepare 6 packets of Chilli powder.
  8. You need 1 can of black beans.
  9. You need 1 can of chilli beans.
  10. It's 1 can of kidney beans.
  11. Prepare 1 of small onion diced petite and sauteed.
  12. Prepare of Toppings to add to the chilli.
  13. Prepare of Shredded Cheese.
  14. You need of Jalapeno peppers.
  15. You need of Hot sauce.
  16. Prepare of Sour cream.
  17. You need of Spaghetti.
  18. Prepare 1 batch of cornbread.
  19. It's of Petite diced onions.
  20. You need of Tortilla chips.
  21. Prepare of Oyster Crackers.

What a hearty chili that's full of meat and beans. It's perfect for fall and football season. The tomato and chilies give this chili a little bit of a bite but not too overpowering. Chili powder and cumin add a ton of flavor.

Football Chilli step by step

  1. In skillet fry the ground beef.(I use Dale's seasoning or you can use my recipe I make when I run out of Dale's) Season with my substitute version of Dale's, or dale's seasoning picture below. In a real pinch use Worcestershire, steak seasoning (I use longhorn)..
  2. Saute the onions in butter in the same pan that you fried the groundbeef in til desired doneiness..
  3. In large pot add the juice, sauce, beans, chilli powder, petite tomatoes, corn, cooked groundbeef and the sauteed onions. Let simmer for 1/2 hr..
  4. Ladle up a bowl of chilli. Top with toppings of choice (I like cornbread, cheese, sour cream and hot sauce). Enjoy..
