  1. In a cast iron skillet on medium heat and oil in it, heat as you do your biscuits ,.
  2. Wash hands , on a clean surface or a bowl , sift bisquick flour, then pour half of the buttermilk on top of bisquick flour , in center , let your fingers go around a constant circles, till u form a ball about 2 inch round, set to side make more balls ,adding more buttermilk , then slightly flattened the biscuit balls about 1/2 inch thick ,.
  3. Place the biscuits in the heated skillet , u want to fry this for about 2 minutes each side , if needed turn down your heat ( don't fry fast ). When golden color brown , take out of oil , place on wire rack , let set about a minute , enjoy ....( make sure to use fresh oil.).
