- You need of BBQ sauce.
- You need of Onion powder.
- It's of Lemon pepper.
- You need of Salt and table pepper.
- You need 2.5 pounds of chicken.
- It's of Buffalo sauce.
- Prepare of Marinade.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the guacamole. Lay out the chicken thighs and sprinkle both sides generously with salt and pepper. When the grill is up to temperature, lay out the chicken thighs. Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels, then season chicken breasts with seasoning salt, paprika, and pepper.

- Bake your biscuits..

- After the biscuits are done dump the chicken into a bowl with salt and table pepper and some lemon pepper and put 4 seconds worth of Buffalo sauce in, 5 seconds worth of marinade in, and 5 seconds worth of BBQ sauce in the bowl and mix it all together..
- Cut biscuits into sandwich things and (this is very important) put a piece of cheese on side first and a thick slice of tomato and 2 bread and butter chips and a piece chicken on it and a piece of cheese on top (like a tower make sure they do not fall) and the other half of the biscuit on top and smash it down and put a toothpick in the middle of it all..
- Now put them in the microwave for 1 minute..

Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until butter is melted.
