Chicken breasts are stuffed with a ricotta cheese and walnut mixture. In a large bowl, dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Stir in the bread crumbs, milk, herbs and celery mixture. Lay the chicken breasts out on a clean surface, and spoon some of the spinach mixture onto each one.
