Ingredients of Gingerbread Granola

  1. You need 40 g of Nutcessity Gingerbread Cashew, Brazil & Coconut Butter.
  2. You need 50 g of Coconut oil.
  3. You need 40 g of Syrup (Maple / Agave / whatever you have).
  4. You need 150 g of Nuts / Seeds (I used Poppy & Pumpkin).
  5. You need 250 g of Jumbo oats.
  6. Prepare 100 g of Grains (quinoa / millet / buckwheat...).
  7. Prepare of Extra spices (Nutmeg / Ginger / Cinnamon) (if you're feeling spicaaay)..

It's whole grain, naturally sweetened, gluten free and vegan too. In a large bowl, combine oats and pecans. Pour molasses mixture over the oat and nut mixture and, using a large spoon or spatula, stir well to evenly coat everything.   2. Melt the nut butter, syrup and oil over a low heat until liquid..
  3. Add the dry ingredients to a large baking tray..
  4. Pour over the liquid and mix well with a spatula to combine..
  5. Bake for around 40 minutes, turning halfway....
  6. Eat! Out the jar / with your favourite milk / yoghurt / sprinkled over baked fruit....
